Hello,

I'm Ádám Miklósi, a Budapest-based industrial designer with over a decade of experience creating products that genuinely matter. With three Red Dot Awards and two iF Design Awards, my work spans consumer electronics, health-tech, furniture, and beyond—helping bring dozens of successful products to market, from concept to mass production.

To make product development a smooth and efficient process, I rely on thorough research and take the time to explore each project from multiple disciplines and perspectives. I believe in constant iteration, supported by rapid prototyping and ongoing user testing to guarantee the solution is both functional and user-friendly. This hands-on development allows for early validation and informed decisions. In the end, my function-driven design process results in physical forms that are both technically precise and aesthetically engaging.

As a freelancer, researcher, and lecturer, I operate at the intersection of design, technology, and human-centered innovation. I teach design at Széchenyi University and Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME), while pursuing my PhD on inclusive, open-design solutions for children with cerebral palsy.

My interests lie in exploring how AI, participatory design, and open-source approaches can shape more equitable and responsive design futures. Having co-founded a startup, I also understand the gritty realities of cost optimization, manufacturing, and navigating the product-market fit.
